Dance Gavin Dance Usher in a New Era at Sold-Out San Antonio Show

As part of their Return of the Robot tour, Dance Gavin Dance stopped at San Antonio’s Vibes Event Center this Tuesday for a sold-out, outdoor, all-ages show. The tour supports their upcoming album Pantheon, which is the band’s first full-length release since the passing of longtime bassist Tim Feerick and the permanent departure of vocalist Tilian Pearson.

This new era introduces Andrew Wells as co-lead vocalist for the first time on a studio album. He previously joined the band as a touring guitarist in 2022.

Special guests The Home Team and Belmont opened the night, setting the tone before DGD took the stage with a set that blended classics from the Jonny Craig era, fan favorites from the Tilian years, and welcomed the presence of their newest vocalist.
